I have been interested in art from the age of five and would always be told off for drawing on the front of my school books! I was heavily inspired to draw computer game related art after getting a NES in 1986 from my parents as a gift when it was released in the EU. For the years that followed, and many a new console later ( ;) ), and upon reaching secondary school I decided that I wanted to have a career in games as an artist.

I did A-Level Art after my GCSE exams and then a Diploma in foundation studies art at Wimbledon College, I then went on to recieve a BA Honors in Graphic Design at the Surrey Institute of Art & Design.

Soon after leaving university in 2004 I landed my first job in games for SEGA Europe as a Tester. After two years I started leading teams of testers and left to go work at 2K Games for a further three years as a Lead Tester. After leaving 2K Games I began work for the PlayStation team at Sony London as a Development Tools Tester where I decided to teach myself 3D modelling in my spare time to become a more established artist. Eventually I was given the opportunity to work on a project as Concept/3D Artist which I still do to this day at Sony.

Now developing my skills further I hope to help other artists and also become a better artist myself by learning as much as I possibly can everyday.

To date I have been lucky enough to have worked on over 25 game titles during my time in the industry spanning nine years.

List of some games I have been credited for to date can be found here, I've worked on others but sometimes if you work on a game for only a couple of months you don't always get listed on the credits:…
Hi everyone,

It's been a while since I've put new work up as just before Christmas is one of the times we tend to have a lot of work to trudge through in my industry - so most of my time has been taken up with work tasks, which means waiting for artwork to be approved before I can show it to you guys too. But, I will have a couple of new things to show you soon from my professional collection. :)

If you like sketches/sketchbooks I also have an Instagram account where I post a lot of stuff from my sketchbook and also pictures of all the stuff I cook for my cooking site! So if you like art and food it's perfect for you. You can find me under the name crackpanda.

I didn't have the greatest of years in 2013, a lot of things didn't go my way and it was actually rather depressing at times but slowly things are looking up, and I'm really hoping this year brings me some joy. I hope it's a good year for all of you too. Lets hope 2014 is full of creativity, passion and happiness. I wish you all well for the upcoming year!

Thanks to all my followers, you are all fantastic and I appreciate your support through liking my artwork.

Nat x

You look like a good person to watch for art. Would so like to get creative/artistic myself but haven't been able to find the time. All I can do is look for things to inspire me.
